Counselling
I’m Teresa, a BACP registered counsellor offering in-person counselling in Ealing, London W13. I also offer sessions online wherever you are in the UK, or wider world.

I have over a decade of experience of supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

I work with adults, from eighteen-years-old, on a wide range of issues and specialise in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, and family challenges.

Counselling can be an opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery and increased self-awareness. Collaboratively, we can gently uncover old patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you, gaining insight into how they’ve shaped your life and enabling you to live more authentically.

Committing to one hour of counselling each week, provides dedicated time to focus on your mental wellbeing and the changes that matters to you.

About Me
I have a BSc Hons in Humanistic Counselling, from the Metanoia Institute, and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

With years of experience in relationship building in corporate settings and supporting carers of loved ones with eating disorders, prior to counselling, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice.

I have supported adults of all ages, and from all walks of life, experiencing challenges including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions such as career changes and relationship endings, dissatisfaction with your job or career, problems with relationships and intimacy, and loss of a loved one. I specialise in the areas of relationship issues, anxiety, and family challenges.
How can therapy help?
Therapy can transform your relationships with those you love by:

-
Talking through your issues without fear of judgement – so that you can consider your choices and new ways of communicating.
-
Increasing your self-awareness and confidence – so that you are more attuned to your own emotional responses and how you are responding
-
Helping you to define what feels comfortable and acceptable for you – so that you feel secure, valued, and build trust.
