About Me

I started my private practice to support adults who felt overwhelmed by relationship challenges and anxiety, often stuck in cycles that left them drained and uncertain about the future.

I understand the profound impact these difficulties can have, leading to feelings of anxiety, exhaustion, and despair. It is possible to develop happy, balanced and fulfilling relationships with the right support in place.

Through my work with families, I've developed a deep understanding of the emotional and practical demands of caring for a loved one with a mental health condition or eating disorder.

My personal life with its own challenges of separation, divorce and caring responsibilities, led me to seek therapy and through self-exploration, with an empathic therapist, and without fear of judgement, I found my own answers to my unique challenges.

My Counselling Approach

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor which means I believe that as humans we are doing the best we can in our individual circumstances. My approach is not for us to look at what is wrong with you, but what has happened to you to create the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are challenging you in the here-and-now.

The foundation of our counselling work is our relationship. I work relationally to offer a reparative therapeutic connection.

I approach therapy with a deep curiosity about who you are at your core- your struggles, values, and the obstacles keeping you from becoming the person you aspire to be. Together, we’ll embark on a collaborative, non-judgemental journey of discovery. I hope to help you find the courage to explore and accept the parts of yourself that may have once felt too difficult to acknowledge.

I hope you feel that I am the right therapist for you. If so, please feel free to email me to arrange an introductory call.

I offer face-to-face counselling in Ealing W13, in my serene ground-floor garden room. A peaceful, private space serves as a calming oasis where you can speak freely and receive the support you need.
