Individual relationship therapy

Individual relationship counselling

"Are you struggling to come to terms with the end of a relationship?
Do you feel stuck in a partnership that no longer feels right but fear what comes next, or wonder why fulfilling relationships feel just out of reach?
"

The pain of disconnection, confusion, or loneliness in relationships can feel overwhelming and isolating. You might be carrying grief, shame, or self-doubt - or questioning your ability to trust again.

Therapy can help you build more secure, authentic connections - starting with the one you have with yourself. You can begin to understand your relational patterns, gain clarity, and make choices that align with your needs and values.

It’s never too late to create healthier, more meaningful relationships - and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

?? Unsure of new heading ??

"Do you feel misunderstood or unseen by your family?
Is it hard to be fully yourself around certain family members?
Are you tired of putting others first and still not feeling accepted?
"

Trying to keep family harmony at the cost of your own needs can lead to exhaustion, resentment or sadness.

Therapy offers a space to understand these patterns, explore where they come from, and decide how you want to relate going forward.

You are allowed to choose relationships that support your wellbeing, even if that means doing things differently.

Counselling for parents and carers

are you...

"overwhelmed by the constant demands of caring for someone?
wondering if you’re doing enough, or doing it right?
exhausted feeling like everything falls on your shoulders?
"

When you’re responsible for others, it can be lonely and draining. It’s easy to doubt yourself. Yet deep down, you are the one who understands your situation best.

Therapy can give you space to pause, be supported yourself, and to find trust in the decisions that feel right for you.

You deserve care too. You don’t have to hold it all alone.

Therapy for young adults

do you feel...

"...overwhelmed by the pressure to have it all figured out?

...stuck between who you were and who you are becoming?  ...uncertain or anxious about relationships, independence, or decisions about the future?"

Becoming an adult brings new freedoms – and a lot of expectations, both internal and external. It’s normal to feel unsure, lost or like you’re falling behind.

Therapy gives you space to explore who you are and what matters to you. You can talk openly, reflect, and begin shaping a life that feels more like your own.

You don’t have to have it all sorted.  You just need somewhere to start.

Secure online counselling sessions

Online counselling offers the same warm, confidential space as in-person sessions - just more accessible. From your own safe space, you can begin to explore what’s going on and work towards the changes you want.

Do you find it hard to make time for in-person therapy?
Are your caring responsibilities, work patterns or location getting in the way of regular sessions?
Would you feel more at ease talking from the comfort of your own home?

It can feel disheartening to want support but feel limited by practical constraints. You may worry that online counselling won’t feel the same or be as effective.

If meeting face-to-face feels difficult right now, online therapy might be the support you need - right where you are.
